Prepare a useful IT inventory
For computers and laptops, include the model, processor generation, RAM, storage and working condition when known. Note missing adapters, screens, drives or other parts. For a bulk lot, a simple model-and-quantity list helps separate reusable equipment from incomplete units.
Back up files you need and remove your personal or business data before handing over storage devices. Keep a record of which drives are included. A standard pickup request does not include a promised data-erasure certificate; discuss any specific data-handling requirement with the team before agreeing the sale.
Specifications matter as well as quantity
The quote considers model, specifications, condition, completeness and the mix of equipment in the lot. Reusable systems and scrap components are assessed differently. Listed guide values do not confirm a price for an unspecified machine. Photos and an inventory support the initial review; the final quote follows inspection and team confirmation.

Do all computers need to work?
Working, non-working and incomplete equipment can be offered for assessment. Describe each condition clearly so the team can review the lot accurately.
Can an office sell servers with desktops?
Yes. List the different equipment types and quantities. Include access and loading details for heavier rack equipment, and clarify storage/data requirements before handover.
