Prepare an old AC for pickup

A useful pickup request describes both the AC and how the team can reach it. Preparation helps the team assess the item and agree collection arrangements.
Describe the complete unit
Choose split, window, cassette or the relevant AC type. Include the quantity, brand and tonnage if known, working condition and missing parts. For split systems, say whether both indoor and outdoor units are included. At least one clear item photo is required online. Avoid including people or private documents.
Explain installation and access
State whether the AC is still installed. Add the building or flat, floor, lift availability and access to the outdoor unit. Leave disconnection, refrigerant handling and dismantling to a qualified technician under arrangements agreed with the team. A pickup request does not confirm that removal work is included.
Check the pickup point and estimate
Use GPS or place the map pin manually. Check the area, building and floor. GPS permission is optional; an accurate pickup pin is required. Catalogue values are indicative. Condition, capacity and completeness affect the inspected offer. Pickup is free for accepted items worth ₹1,000 or more; below ₹1,000 the charge is ₹250. Review the item amount, charge and expected amount you receive.
Wait for the confirmed slot
The 90-minute AC service depends on the serviced area, working hours and team availability. The clock starts after team acceptance. If unavailable, the team offers the next slot. Keep your Booking ID and check My Pickups on the booking device.
