Where we collect
Our service area is Hyderabad and Secunderabad. Sellers in areas such as Madhapur, Hitech City, Gachibowli, Kondapur, Kukatpally, Ameerpet and Begumpet can send their pickup location for review. The team confirms availability for the specific address and lot before arranging collection.
For an office, building or industrial site, include the floor, lift or loading access and any entry restrictions. Submitting a pickup request does not reserve a collection appointment until the team confirms it.
How a ReTech pickup works
- Select an item or describe the lot and upload at least one clear photo.
- Confirm your pickup location and mobile number. Add an expected price if you wish.
- Discuss the assessment, collection arrangements and final price with the team.
- Agree the value before handover and confirm payment with the collection team.
Catalogue figures are estimates for the named item and unit. Reusable equipment, missing parts, verified weight and bulk access can affect the final quote. Dismantling or additional removal work must be discussed separately before collection.
Pickup charges and preparation
Pickup is free for accepted items worth Rs. 1,000 or more. Below Rs. 1,000, the pickup charge is Rs. 250. These terms apply to the accepted total; an expected price entered in the form does not set the final purchase amount.
Back up and remove personal data from devices before handover. For business IT, confirm your organisation's disposal permission and data-handling requirements before collection.
